Second HubHub location in Warsaw is open!9.3.2019
HubHub – an international network of coworking spaces – opens a new space in the center of Warsaw. The opening of the new location is a response to the growing demand for exceptional and flexible work spaces. HubHub Nowogrodzka Square is the second HubHub location in the capital.
According to data from the “Coworking sector in Poland” report, prepared by Cushman & Wakefield, flexible workplaces are one of the most important trends on the office space market in Poland. Among the cities in which the development of this type of space is the most dynamic, Warsaw is the leader, with more than seventy thousand sq. m. of the flexible office space currently available.
The new HubHub space is a response to market trends as well as increasing demand among Polish startups and companies from outside our country. The flexible working space is located in the modern Nowogrodzka Square building, located near the Warsaw business center, as well as in the immediate vicinity of the largest communication routes, including the Central Railway Station. HubHub in the center of Warsaw is a two-storey space with an area of 2,700 m2, equipped with over 350 workstations in various variants, starting from desks on the open space, through dedicated desks, to private closed offices, which are available even for two-person teams. There are also numerous phone booths and meeting rooms where you can have business talks for people willing to develop their entrepreneurial wings.
HubHub also took care to spend time in a comfortable way between work. There were plenty of places to relax, a games area and shared kitchens. Siesta enthusiasts will love NapRoom – a room where you can take an afternoon nap. In the new HubHub location, there was room for an event space equipped with professional audio / video equipment, thanks to which it is possible to organize meetups and conferences, even for 100 participants.
Thanks to this, you can find yourself on one of the events organized by HubHub or partners just after your work is finished. The HubHub team has put a challenge to organize educational programs in cooperation with universities, corporations and non-governmental organizations that aim to develop entrepreneurship, knowledge and skills.
Members of the HubHub Nowogrodzka Square community include small and medium-sized companies, freelancers as well as startups such as HCM Deck.
“HCM Deck is developing very dynamically, so quite quickly – due to conferences, meetings, clients – we felt the need to establish a Warsaw headquarters .When we made our decision, we took into account various options and a number of factors, including location in the center (important for customers and Coworking seemed a great option to start. In the past, we used HubHub to organize our events – L & D meetups, Best Practices Day – and we were satisfied with the cooperation and atmosphere “- says Szymon Janicki: CEO & co-founder, HCM Deck.
HubHub supports people making their first steps in the business world, but also those more experienced employees. Everything in accordance with the vision that the office is more than a place of everyday work. It is a space where inspirational ideas gather and give birth to innovative ideas. HubHub spaces are a response to the needs of modern entrepreneurs who are not attached to a specific location and one mode of work. This is important, considering the fact that the percentage of work performed in a non-traditional way is to increase by 179% in the next 10 years – according to the report 2018 Future Workforce HR Report by UpWork.
Coworking is a fundamental change in the way we work and one of the possible solutions to the problems facing big companies. It is they who have to adapt to the upcoming changes in the labor market right now, so as to remain an attractive employer and secure access to the best talents.
Relationships are the basis for effective (co-operation) work

People mutually power each other and carry out various projects – one of our most important roles is the constant search for new areas of cooperation between members of our community – comments Piotr Grabowski – Business Development & Partnerships Manager at HubHub.
