HubHub is expanding in Prague and testing a new membership plan!7.3.2019
International network of coworking spaces HubHub has reacted to the demand of startups and innovative companies by expanding its space since February. In addition to the 2000 square meters on the fifth floor, HubHub has added another 1500 square meters on the fourth floor at the prestigious address in the building of Na Příkopě 14 in Prague. The new space serves mainly bigger teams and projects, which can take advantage of the brand-new membership plan.
While the original space is suitable mainly for individuals, startups and smaller teams, the newly opened fourth floor targets fast-scaling companies, which have, due to their size or needs, outgrown traditional coworking solutions and require their own space with the possibility to grow further. It is exactly these companies HubHub targets with its new membership plan – TeamCell – units for teams of 12 to 32 people. These units are unique for their flexibility and are easily adjustable based on the client’s needs, including the possibility to integrate a specific brand identity of the company. Each unit has its own space for a built-in conference room, integrated phone booth, coffee corner and many more options.
Last but not least, there is “grow consultancy” service included in TeamCell, which helps and advises companies on space growth for teams. TeamCell therefore grows together with the company. Clients will not lose their current benefits provided by HubHub on the fifth floor with the new membership. They will become an inevitable part of an international community with direct access to a range of educational activities, which HubHub provides in cooperation with its partners.
The new space is also suitable for companies and corporations looking for a temporary workplace for special projects or until they build their own place. This is the case in the example of FlixBus, a transportation company that has joined HubHub for six months, until their offices are completed. “We were looking for a flexible solution in the centre of Prague until our offices are completed. The HubHub offer satisfied all our needs and we are very happy to be here,” stated the company´s spokeswoman, Martina Čmielová.
Another member using the services on the newly-opened fourth floor is an Estonian start-up Pipedrive, which is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. “I started in HubHub 8 months ago alone, but we´ve now built a team and we are still growing. There will be more than 16 of us soon. That is one of the reasons why we decided to use the fourth floor, where we have a more flexible opportunity to grow,” says the director of Pipedrive Prague, Tomáš Řehoř.
The authors of the interior are, once again, architects from Studio Perspektiv, whose solution of the current HubHub Na Příkopě 14 has advanced to this year´s final of “Office of the year” and “The CBRE Meeting Room of the Year“” competitions.
The expansion of the HubHub coworking network by an international provider of workspaces, HB Reavis, does not end with opening a new floor in HubHub Na Příkopě 14. In the next few months, it will be joined by a brand new HubHub space in the renewed ARA Palace, in the Jungmann Square in Prague. This space will offer more than 2 500 square meters of space across five floors. Not so long ago, HubHub in Budapest has welcomed new members, joined by the second HubHub’s coworking in Warsaw. Currently, attracting not only the startup scene, is the new HubHub 20 Farringdon Street in the heart of London.
