Purpose of the role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Operations Manager. This full-time position will report directly to the Team Lead  and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country. The role will allow for the individual to grow their team lead and operations knowledge from accounting, finance, and IT to overall management. HubHub and Qubes allows for the individual to get to know the local startup and corporate ecosystem, create a lifelong network and work with a team of young professionals with passion for entrepreneurship and collaboration.

The Operations Manager will support the team to achieve the following:

1. Creating and managing operations processes specific to the country’s needs, laws and regulations.

2. Communicating with broader IT, Security, Accounting, Finance, etc. teams to ensure streamlined ongoing space operations.

3. Collaborating with team to optimize member experience

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact to our members when it comes to: accounting, finance, operations, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and standards
  • Cooperation between different departments and with 3rd parties to deliver operational excellence
  • Work with members on invoicing/accounting
  • Analyze processes globally with HubHub coworkers
  • Be the escalation for member complaints and issues

Requirements

Experience
  • Experience in either (or all): IT, Accounting, Finance is welcomed

We are looking for a talented Host to be the frontline of client interactions. Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors and guests; giving clear instructions. Provides refreshments in the reception areas.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; issuing visitor badges and monitoring overall situation.
  • Monitor and verify use of office equipment and materials (computers, printers, copiers, physical tools, etc.) Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed.
  • Provides first line of support for the use of any space and its facilities, provides users with help or instructions (e.g. printer setup, operation of shading, etc). Resolves issues through effective communication within the operations team.
  • Supports clients through solving requests such as travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, reminders, providing small errands, simple office work related requests etc.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Helps immediately resolve and mediate any complaints or issues, tracks them using internal system, proposes measures for systemic improvement
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This role is focused on finding the best clients and work on building partnerships between members, corporation in wider network and potential clients.

BDP Manager should be connected in the local community and experienced in the world of business. The role requires for the individual to be incredibly personable and able to think strategically about connecting the resources in the greater community to the needs of the coworking space and serviced office.. BDP Manager often operates as a right hand to the Head of HubHub and Qubes to ensure profitability and synergy.

The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will support the Head of HubHub and Qubes to achieve the following:

  • Create and manage sales strategy across markets  pipeline and build relationships with existing tenants
  • Establish relationships with other stakeholders in entrepreneurial ecosystem and create value through connecting them with tenants, other corporations or other partners
  • Develop new products and services with our product team
  • Create new business strategies for our products and services
  • Work with team members to ensure the correct mix of companies are in the network of HubHub

Responsibilities

  • Find members with the best potential (growth, community impact
  • Develop group business development strategy
  • Working closely with local BD managers on implementing new sales strategy
  • Build processes to improve our sales pipeline locally
  • Act as an Account Manager for core tenants, seek opportunities to upsell
