First Impression Manager will support the Community Manager to achieve the following:
1. Creating a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first and last point of contact in HubHub space

  • Conduct building walkthroughs and embrace HubHub spirit

Requirements

Experience

BDP Manager often operates as a right hand to the Director and Country Manager to ensure profitability and synergy of HubHub. The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will support the Country Manager to achieve the following: 1. Create and manage sales pipeline and build relationships with existing tenants. 2. Establish relationships with other stakeholders in entrepreneurial ecosystem and create value through connecting them with tenants, other corporations or other partners. 3. Work with team members to ensure the correct mix of companies are in the network of HubHub

Understanding the audiences to create valuable events to promote and maintain strong community

Responsibilities

  • Develop event plan strategy aligned with the vision of HubHub
  • Per strategy, deliver activities program such as conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, etc. for HubHub
  • Seek and secure partners, speakers, sponsors for events
  • Deliver and coordinate details of events on time, within budget, that meet expectations
  • Manage and create event budgets
  • Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities
  • Drive attendance to the event in cooperation with brand manager
  • Analyze event performance
  • Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with our partners and ties in the community
