Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager. This full-time position will report directly to the Country Manager and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country. This role is focused on finding the best clients and work on building partnerships between members, corporation in wider network and potential clients. BDP Manager should be connected in the local community and experienced in the world of business. The role requires for the individual to be incredibly personable and able to think strategically about connecting the resources in the greater community to the needs of the coworking space. BDP Manager often operates as a right hand to the Director and Country Manager to ensure profitability and synergy of HubHub. The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will support the Country Manager to achieve the following: 1. Create and manage sales pipeline and build relationships with existing tenants. 2. Establish relationships with other stakeholders in entrepreneurial ecosystem and create value through connecting them with tenants, other corporations or other partners. 3. Work with team members to ensure the correct mix of companies are in the network of HubHub

Responsibilities

  • Find members with the best potential (growth, community impact)
  • Build and manage sales pipeline
  • Act as an Account Manager for existing tenants, seek opportunities to upsell
  • Develop partnership strategy aligned with the vision of HubHub
  • Conduct market research to find the best partner organizations across different sectors
  • Build and manage and leverage relationships with partners to help members and secure additional funding for HubHub (e.g. corporate sponsorships)
  • Create value through connecting stakeholders in the ecosystem (startups, corporations, service providers, etc.)
  • Build awareness about HubHub in community through attending events and networking
  • Cooperate with the group to enable global connections

Requirements

Experience
  • Prior sales or project management experience is a strong plus
  • Strong passion for startups and entrepreneurial communities is a must
Languages
  • Proficiency in English language is a must
Other Relevant Skills
  • Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and solution oriented attitude
  • Ability to balance numerous different priorities and demands on daily basis
  • Ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders

First Impression Manager will support the Community Manager to achieve the following: 
1. Creating a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members. 2. Ensuring that coworking space is fully operational and processes are running smoothly. 3. Building trust across the organization by being a good listener and working with feedback from members to improve the space and operations

Responsibilities

  • Be the first and last point of contact in HubHub space
  • Greet people who come in for tours, check-in members track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation
  • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications
  • Conduct building walkthroughs and embrace HubHub spirit
  • Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community
  • Assist with move ins and move outs; assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
  • Ensuring members have smooth experience and that the space is kept at high standards
  • Mail and Deliveries responsibilities as needed

Requirements

Experience
  • Customer Service and/or sales experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Languages
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian is a must

Responsibilities

  • Develop event plan strategy aligned with the vision of HubHub
  • Per strategy, deliver activities program such as conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, etc. for HubHub
  • Seek and secure partners, speakers, sponsors for events
  • Deliver and coordinate details of events on time, within budget, that meet expectations
  • Manage and create event budgets
  • Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities
  • Drive attendance to the event in cooperation with brand manager
  • Analyze event performance
  • Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with our partners and ties in the community
  • Communicate the philosophy of HubHub events program and explain the parameters for hosting events at HubHub
