Purpose of the role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand & Marketing Manager. This full-time position will report directly to the Country Manager and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country. The role will allow for the individual to help establish brand and marketing strategy; plan, coordinate and execute communication activities to ensure consistency. The Brand & Marketing Manager will support the Country Manager to achieve the following:

1. Working with Event, Business Development and Community Managers to ensure consistent and effective communication for target audiences.

2. Managing end to end brand and marketing strategy for country in collaboration with 3rd parties and other departments.

3. Understanding the audiences to create valuable marketing & PR content and events

Responsibilities

  • Create and coordinate a brand strategy and marketing plan
  • Coordinate, create and execute Marketing, PR and Communication activities to ensure brand consistency
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Plan community events with Event Manager

Requirements

Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of online marketing

Group Community Manager makes sure that we engage both internal (members) and external audience (partners, corporates, potential clients). This is done by a set of already established activities which the person in this role will co-manage and coordinate such as, FTRNW Awards, FTRNW Tuesdays, all internal events and community activities, which are in line with our community strategy.

Group Community Manager directly manages a team of 3-4 people (including yourself), who oversee Awards program and start-up scouting, overall content creation structure and key partnerships. This role is also responsible for coordinating Community Managers in each HubHub location on their priorities and content of their work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the delivery of our whole Community strategy as one of HubHub’s pillars
  • Directly manage a team of 3-4 people and lead them to achieve Community strategy goals
  • Make sure our Awards program is truly recognized and renowned in the CEE region in cooperation with the Awards Manager
  • Help develop our content creation structure in cooperation with the Community Content Manager
  • Help establish key partnerships in cooperation with the Partnerships Manager
  • Coordinate a team of Community Managers across HubHub locations to ensure the delivery of our Community strategy in every HubHub
  • Develop onboarding guidelines for new community members

The Team Lead and Business Development Manager will support the team to achieve the following:

2. Search for sales opportunities ,create, manage and build long-term relationships with existing tenants.

3. Establish relationships with other stakeholders in entrepreneurial ecosystem and create value through connecting them with tenants, other corporations or other partners.

This position often operates as a right hand to the Director and Team Lead to ensure profitability and synergy of our portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound leads and in cooperation with Marketing, continuously looking for ways to increase the number of those leads
  • Proactively reaching out to potential customers, through both traditional and innovative channels. Must be able to build rapport and connections quickly and organically
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal (HB Reavis Leasing Department) and external (Real Estate Agents and Brokers) partners
  • Preparing offers for customers, including customization of the spaces and custom space plans, together with Product managers
  • Provides informative and professional viewings to potential customers, able to answer full scope of potential questions, both technical and regarding offered services
  • Independently negotiates business conditions of the lease (financial and non-financial) considering our interests, finds creative solutions and concludes agreements in adequate time and with expected parameters
  • Together with Operations manager and Legal department, prepares contracts and necessary paperwork before closing the deal
  • Serves as the main ambassador and subject matter expert for Qubes both internally and externally
  • Systematically records documentation and information concerning the lease agenda and uses CRM in the agreed scope for record keeping

Requirements

Experience
  • Prior sales experience is required (preferably in office leasing, or real estate)
Languages
  • Fluent in English and Slovak language
