Purpose of the role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand & Marketing Manager. This full-time position will report directly to Team Lead and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country. The role will allow for the individual to help establish brand and marketing strategy; plan, coordinate and execute communication activities to ensure consistency. HubHub allows for the individual to get to know the local startup and corporate ecosystem, create a lifelong network and work with team of young professionals with passion for entrepreneurship and collaboration.

The Brand & Marketing Manager will support the Country Manager to achieve the following:

1. Working with Event, Business Development and Community Managers to ensure consistent and effective communication for target audiences.

2. Managing end to end brand and marketing strategy for country in collaboration with 3rd parties and other departments.

3. Understanding the audiences to create valuable marketing & PR content and events

Responsibilities

  • Create and coordinate a brand strategy and marketing plan
  • Coordinate, create and execute Marketing, PR and Communication activities to ensure brand consistency
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Plan community events with Event Manager
  • Attending industry events to boost awareness of our brand
  • Create a co-working community with a friendly, collaborative atmosphere where businesses can thrive and cooperate efficiently

Requirements

Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of online marketing
  • Experience working with WordPress, marketing database, email, social media or outdoor advertising campaigns
  • Sales and PR experience is welcomed
Languages
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (background in journalism is welcomed)
  • Proficiency in English is a must

About the role

We are looking for a talented Host to be the frontline of client interactions. The purpose of this highly visible role is to create an ultimate worry-free experience for all our office users and their guests, assist in a variety of daily situations and help with a smooth delivery of services. The Host will manage daily activities of the front desk, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, contribute to the seamless operation of Qubes floors and coordinate other functions and roles to fulfil customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors and guests; giving clear instructions. Provides refreshments in the reception areas.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; issuing visitor badges and monitoring overall situation.
  • Monitor and verify use of office equipment and materials (computers, printers, copiers, physical tools, etc.) Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed.
  • Provides first line of support for the use of any space and its facilities, provides users with help or instructions (e.g. printer setup, operation of shading, etc). Resolves issues through effective communication within the operations team.
  • Supports clients through solving requests such as travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, reminders, providing small errands, simple office work related requests etc.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Helps immediately resolve and mediate any complaints or issues, tracks them using internal system, proposes measures for systemic improvement
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Team Lead and Community Manager in one person. This full-time position will report directly to the Head of HUBHUB and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country. This role is focused on two parts. First one is about leading team to achieve their goals, and the second one about taking care of our community, our members, partners and friends. The role requires for the individual to be incredibly personable and able to think strategically about connecting the resources in the greater community to the needs of the coworking space. Team lead and Community Manager operates as a right hand to the Head of HubHub to ensure profitability and synergy of HubHub.

The Team Lead and Community Manager will support the team to achieve the following:

1. Lead team members to achieve goals and drive execution of strategy.

2. Create and manage and build relationships with existing tenants.

3. Establish relationships with other stakeholders in entrepreneurial ecosystem and create value through connecting them with tenants, other corporations or other partners.

4. Work with team members to ensure the correct mix of companies are in the network of HubHub

 

Salary: min. 1800 Eur (depending on experience)

  • Lead local team to achieve goals
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Make sure our members have best customer experience
  • Find clients/members with the best potential (growth, community impact)
  • Act as an Account Manager for existing tenants, seek opportunities to upsell
  • Develop partnership strategy aligned with the vision of HubHub
  • Conduct market research to find the best partner organizations across different sectors
  • Build and manage and leverage relationships with partners to help members and secure additional funding for HubHub (e.g. corporate sponsorships)
  • Create value through connecting stakeholders in the ecosystem (startups, corporations, service providers, etc.)
  • Build awareness about HubHub in community through attending events and networking
  • Cooperate with the group to enable global connections

Requirements

Experience
  • Prior team lead experience is a must
  • Prior sales or project management experience is a strong plus
  • Strong passion for startups and entrepreneurial communities is a must
  • 5+ years business experience
Languages
  • Proficiency in English language is a must
