Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Community Manager. This full-time position will report directly to the Team Lead and will work closely with HubHub community managers in different countries. The main responsibility of this person will be to support HubHub members, monitor their needs and activities and organize initiatives to help their growth.

Space management is one of our key roles supporting the smooth functioning and operation of our serviced office venues and physical space inventory. Holding space and any related services at the highest standard is the main mission of this role and directly contributes to success of an entire team or venue. Space manager controls the facilities management by maintaining and developing core services at agreed level of quality and resource allocation. At the same time focuses on client needs and issues in order to provide a true worry-free experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and coordinates space related services to clients
  • Tracks space occupancy, projected and real, provides data collection and reporting
  • Improves the efficiency of space, in functioning, design, energy, resource allocation
  • Maintains a set of actions required by existing contracts with building landlords
  • Resolves issues and problems by a combination of technical knowledge, common sense and organization skills
